What should you keep in mind when moving around in nature?
The islands’ nature is delicate, so please use marked roads and trails, do not drive onto beaches, meadows or protected areas, and do not leave any rubbish behind.
What are the roads like on the islands?
When travelling by motorhome, please keep in mind that some village roads are narrow, some roads are gravel roads, and parking may be limited in certain popular places. In Kuressaare and near major sights, use marked car parks whenever possible.
